Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms apply to authgeneration.com, book.authgeneration.com, form.authgeneration.com and the services provided by AUTHORITY GEN (“we”, “us”). By booking, paying for or using our services, you agree to them.

1. Services

We build company entities on LinkedIn and across the web and run outreach on top of them, as described on our website. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, billing schedule and term of each engagement are confirmed in writing, for example in a proposal or an email, before work starts. If those written terms differ from these terms, the written terms apply.

2. Booking and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. Paid bookings are charged through a third party payment provider at the time of booking. You are responsible for any bank, currency or payment provider fees on your side and for any taxes that apply to you.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and the access we need, such as admin access to your company page, to review and approve content in a reasonable time, and to keep control of your own accounts. You are responsible for the content you approve and for using your accounts in line with each platform's rules.

4. Results

We work to make your company entity complete, consistent and readable, and to run outreach well. We do not guarantee specific results, including meetings, replies, revenue, or what search engines or AI systems say about you, because these depend on factors outside our control.

5. Third party platforms

Our work relies on platforms we do not control, such as LinkedIn, email providers and AI systems. Changes to their features, policies or availability may affect the services, and we are not responsible for those changes.

6. Ownership

Your profiles, your company pages and the content we create for you and you approve belong to you. We keep ownership of our methods, frameworks (including VENOM), templates, tools and know how. Infrastructure we set up on our own accounts, such as sending domains, mailboxes or software seats, remains ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other side's nonpublic information confidential and uses it only for the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement as set out in its written terms. Sections 6, 7 and 8 continue to apply after it ends.

10. Website use

Do not misuse our website, forms or booking pages, including by submitting false information or trying to disrupt them. Website content is provided as is and may change at any time.

11. Governing law

Disputes go to the competent courts of the jurisdiction established in your written engagement terms, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Written engagement terms already in place continue to apply.
