AUTHORITY GEN (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through authgeneration.com, our booking page (book.authgeneration.com) and our intake form (form.authgeneration.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: success@authgeneration.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call: your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL and anything you write to help us prepare. When you complete our intake form: your answers, the files you upload and your signature. When you email us: the content of your message.

Payment information. Paid bookings are processed by a third party payment provider. We receive confirmation of the payment but never see or store your full card or account details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics and visitor identification providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, the referring site, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address. Some of these providers may match a visit to a business or professional profile.

Information from other sources. To prepare for a call, we may check that the email you used is valid and add publicly available business information, such as your company, job title and professional profile.

2. How we use information

To schedule and run calls, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up.

To deliver the services you buy, including building your company entity and running agreed campaigns.

To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.

To contact businesses that may be interested in our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To keep records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate: scheduling, video meetings, forms, payments, email, analytics, customer relationship management and file storage. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

4. International transfers

Our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. We choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any client relationship and legal or accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, to withdraw consent and to opt out of marketing. To use any of these rights, email success@authgeneration.com. We respond within the time the applicable law requires.
